Operations Director (M/F)

Reporting to the Zone Africa Managing Director and as part of a human-sized team, you will be responsible for managing a team and a portfolio of clients in Ivory Coast. Your tasks will include:

• Managing daily operations of the structure and overseeing livestock and feed distribution activities.
• Constantly liaising with the general and financial management to prepare and manage budgets daily and ensure tracking of goals and responsible managers.
• Promoting the company’s vision and values, keeping the client and objectives at the core of the organization.
• Representing and defending the Company before key governmental decision-makers and managing relationships with relevant external partners.
• Regularly reporting to the Group.
