As a project manager, your role will be central in coordinating funding for a 5-year SAPPSA (Sustainable Access to Poultry Parent Stock in Africa) grant project. Under the responsibility of the General Manager of the subsidiary and in permanent connection with the Sustainability Director of the group based in the Netherlands, your missions will be:
- Coordinate project activities, including planning, organizing, and monitoring progress.
- Oversee the presentation of financial reports and prepare reports for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF).
- Guarantee exchanges between SAPPSA and the Gates Foundation.
- Identify and pursue new funding opportunities for various purposes, such as business development, research and development, and local initiatives.
- Develop budgets and business plans to support project proposals.
- Provide support to our clients and partners in accessing funds and executing funded projects, acting as a consultant.

With a higher education background such as a Business School, Political Science, or Agricultural Engineering, you can highlight a successful experience in the field of international financing related to sustainable development. Knowledge of the agricultural world is a plus but not a prerequisite. Proficiency in oral and written English is essential, and a good level of French is a real plus.

The position is based in France (ideally near Bordeaux) or at the group’s headquarters in the Netherlands and involves regular international travels.
