A leading European company in the livestock sector, due to its strong growth, is looking for its:

 

 

Export Sales Director M/F.

 

 

You are a pragmatic and field-oriented profile with a strong focus on sales and management. You know how to build and maintain customer relationships in various international contexts and have a significant interest in the rural world. Reporting directly to the General Manager of the company and acting as the commercial right hand of the latter, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the export network, primarily consisting of livestock clients in the United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, and Scandinavia, and overseeing the management of the British and Spanish subsidiaries.
  • Regularly visiting the entire network.
  • Prospecting and expanding the network.
  • Managing the 4 sales assistants.
  • Handling the logistical process from sales planning to delivery scheduling.
  • Ensuring commercial, technical, and financial follow-up (monitoring of payments) of assigned clients.
  • Collaborating with management on the development of products, commercial initiatives, and marketing strategies.

 

More than a degree, the company is looking for an experienced profile (minimum 5 to 10 years) in commercial and managerial aspects, endowed with an entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to take on an exciting challenge. Proficiency in English and a second language is essential for this position, which involves regular international travel.

 

Executive status on a fixed salary package – Salary negotiable based on profile and experience.
