A French company specializing in the manufacturing of equipment and the execution of global industrial projects, known and respected in its sector, is seeking for its Asian subsidiary based in Singapore its:
Asia Technical Sales Manager M/F
You are a pragmatic and hands-on individual with a strong penchant for technical international sales. You know how to build, develop, and manage commercial relationships within a technical and project-based context.
Reporting to the General Manager of the Asian subsidiary (based in Singapore) and as part of a human-sized team, you will manage a portfolio of clients spread across the Asia-Oceania region. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the existing network of agents
- Identifying and establishing new agents
- Identifying projects and providing technical support to agents and/or end customers
- Creating and presenting technical specifications and commercial offers to clients
- Negotiating and finalizing orders
- Monitoring project implementations
- Overseeing after-sales service orders
- Assisting company members as needed
- Managing and overseeing payments
- Participating in trade shows and commercial events.
With a background in commerce and/or technology, and proven export experience with a technical product, you are eager to live in Asia and take on a motivating challenge that will fully leverage your commercial and technical skills… then this position is for you… 😉
Regular business travel within the region is expected, and proficiency in English is essential.
Position equivalent to a local executive status. Includes a company car + 1 round-trip ticket to France per year for the family + enhanced health insurance and benefits to provide a level equivalent to expatriate status.
