I founded TC CONSULTING after 20 years as an export sales executive in the industrial and agricultural sectors. When I discovered the world of recruitment, it quickly became clear to me that there were few effective, pragmatic and affordable solutions for medium-sized companies, particularly in international recruitment.

That’s why I founded TC Consulting in 2017 after 3 years as Recruitment Consultant in another agency. We are now 7 employees and 2 of my colleagues have joined me as partners in the company.

The values that seem to me to be absolutely paramount in a recruitment world that is changing at high speed are pragmatism, respect, authenticity and modernity.

– Pragmatism means looking at things from a realistic and adaptable angle. The world is changing at breakneck speed. That is why  dogmatic and rigid approaches are not conducive to successful recruitment.

– Respect : However, Pragmatism must not be built at the expense of respect for the company and the candidate. Respect means above all “not doing to others what you would not wish to do to yourself”. It is this approach that guides the steps of our team on a daily basis.

– Authenticity is a transparent approach with no false pretense. It’s about “saying what you do and doing what you say”, all the while being aligned with yourself. This is how we approach our relationships with clients, candidates and colleagues within the firm.

– Modernity, because we are living in a time of major technological and societal change. So it’s absolutely vital for our team to remain open to new developments and technologies in order to meet the expectations of companies and candidates alike.
