SME based in Maine et Loire (between Cholet and Nantes), specializing in the manufacture and marketing of boots, shoes, and garden clogs, is seeking as part of its reorganization, its:

Key Account Manager M/W

You want to join a dynamic and modern SME. You are a skilled negotiator with central purchasing offices, sales techniques hold no secrets for you, and the cherry on top… you speak fluent German and English!!! If so, read on!

Reporting to the Export Director, your responsibilities will include:

• Participating in the implementation of a general price/volume policy with export purchasing centers, mainly in Germany, Belgium, and Switzerland
• Negotiating with customers to determine the most suitable offer (delivery, price/volume, …)
• Implementing support and contract deployment actions
• Retaining existing accounts by developing their turnover
• dentifying new contacts at clients to deploy the commercial offer
• Ensuring regular monitoring of customer needs
• Responding promptly to any commercial or technical requests regarding the company’s offer
• Monitoring orders (supply, delivery, stock…), invoicing, and customer accounts (disputes, unsold items…)
• Coordinating customer follow-up with internal stakeholders (sales management, marketing, support)
• Relaying purchasing centers’ demands to the export management and being proactive with suggestions
• Participating in and organizing retail trade shows
• Visiting purchasing centers at least twice a year
• Regular reporting of activities to the Export Director and Customer Service

With a commercial education from Bac+2 to Bac+5, you can demonstrate successful initial experience in central purchasing negotiation or sales. The company is looking for a personality with a certain presence, endowed with unwavering diplomacy.
