Livestock equipment distribution company, a subsidiary of a recognized Dutch Group and its exclusive importer for Spain, based in Catalonia, is looking for a:
Sales Manager for Spain and Portugal M/F

Reporting to the General Management in Spain and in connection with the Dutch shareholders, within a team of 5 other employees, your duties include:
- Managing and developing the network of authorized distributors, notably through regular visits across Spain and Portugal.
- Supporting direct business with farmers through the network.
- Making recommendations to cooperative technicians.
- Participating in trade fairs and open days.
- Preparing quotations with a focus on technical consistency.
- Providing technical support to clients.
- Reporting and transmitting technical and pricing information to the company.
With a commercial or technical background, you have proven experience in managing a network of distributors of technical products over a large area. You are also skilled in negotiation techniques and proficient in using IT tools.
Success in this role will be driven by strong commercial tenacity and excellent interpersonal skills, further supported by significant organizational capability and a genuine technical sensitivity. Knowledge of the livestock industry is a plus but not a mandatory requirement. A proficient level of English is essential for this position due to regular interactions with the headquarters in the Netherlands. Your Spanish level must, of course, be excellent. Compensation includes a fixed salary plus a motivating variable component, along with a car, phone, and laptop. Regular travel across Spain and Portugal is expected.
