RECRUITMENT PROCESS

TC Consulting is a structure of 7 people based in the West of France, at Les Herbiers, 1 hour from Nantes. Our team is divided between 3 Consultants who manage customer relations and the candidate process, and 4 recruitment Assistants whose mission is to seek and pre-select candidates.

Recruitment process

The process systematically begins with an exchange with the company. The reason for this interview is twofold, we must first know the company well but also understand its needs, in order to present the context to candidates in an honest and transparent manner.

Once the collaboration has been established, the Sourcing phase begins through announcements and direct approaches on Linkedin and CV libraries. The whole thing generates pre-selection interviews with recruitment assistant, who will validate or not the application.

Once the pre-selection stage has been validated, the applicant receives a personality and/or skills test before being received by the consultant in charge of the position. If the consultant validates the application, the client then receives a file including the CV, the summary of the interview and the feedback from the tests.

The next step is the meeting with the client, who may or may not be accompanied by the Consultant. For simplicity, we generally manage the meeting schedule.

Finally, the Consultant debriefs with the client in order to best support the choice of the successful candidate. We of course remain available during the integration phase if intervention proves necessary.

Le processus de recrutement

Le cahier des charges de recrutement est la base d’une collaboration saine et efficace. Issu du RDV de découverte de l’entreprise et du poste, c’est un document qui formalisera votre besoin de recrutement.

Le sourcing est l’étape qui consiste à identifier les profils qui seraient susceptibles de correspondre au poste ainsi qu’à l’entreprise. Il s’appuie sur deux outils principaux, les annonces via les Jobboards et l’approche directe.

Une fois les candidats sélectionnés, ils sont soumis à des tests de personnalité reconnus et adaptés qui confirmeront la compatibilité du candidat avec le poste. Mais l’étape la plus importante dans le processus demeure la phase d’entretiens avec le consultant en charge de la mission puis avec l’entreprise si le candidat est validé. Une des valeurs fondamentales du cabinet est une approche candidat basée sur le respect, la transparence, l’écoute et l’authenticité.
